Order cancellation and return
You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- The products must be in their original packaging
- There should be no signs of use, impaired appearance or staining
- Include the original invoice or order with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document - a fiscal voucher upon payment upon delivery or an invoice at your request)
- The costs of returning the products are at your expense
You can exchange the products for others or we will refund their value if you do not wish to exchange. We refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery. We refund all amounts paid upon delivery or on site only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order. We refund all amounts paid by debit/credit card to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.

Complaints and questions to us
A customer who has the status of a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may file a complaint within two years from the delivery of the goods, but no later than two months from the discovery of the non-conformity. For a client who does not have the status of a consumer, the terms specified in the Law on Obligations and Contracts are applicable.
Transport costs for a courier to return goods, in the event of a complaint, are paid by the user. In the event that the claim is upheld, rosesandbloom.com shall reimburse the user for the transport costs incurred in sending the goods from the courier company office/post office to the above mentioned product return address, provided that the user has provided to rosesandbloom.com proof of expenses incurred. In the event that the claim is not satisfied, the transport costs for sending the goods to the address of rosesandbloom.com, as well as the costs for returning the goods back to the user, are at the latter's expense.

In case of disputes regarding obligations arising from contracts for online sales, in which no agreement has been reached, you can refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes (ARC) under the conditions and in accordance with Article 181a et seq. of the Civil Code.
