GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the Seller and the Users (customers) who use the electronic store www.rosesandbloom.com to purchase merchandise. By clicking on an object, picture, link (other than that of the General Terms and Conditions) or button located on the website www.rosesandbloom.com It will be deemed that you accept or agree to the General Terms and Conditions described below. These General Terms and Conditions comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as with other legal acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
1. DEFINITIONS

"USER" is an able-bodied person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and purchase of the goods offered in the electronic store.
"ELECTRONIC STORE" is the website www.rosesandbloom.com, which serves as a virtual platform for offering goods for sale and for reaching an agreement between a SELLER and a USER for ordering and buying and selling a specific good (item).
GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD. is a Bulgarian company with EIK: 206834537 , with headquarters in the city of Kazanlak, Sevtopolis Square 15-A, floor 4, office 18 , which creates and maintains the electronic store, offers and sells goods in the store and defines these General Terms and Conditions , where the goods are sold. GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD. has full rights to unilaterally change the content of the Internet site, as well as the ways of accessing it.
"ORDER" is the request made by the User to the electronic store for the purchase of one or more specific goods (items). The order is packed and sent by courier to the address previously specified by the User in the order, after it has been approved by email or phone. Email approval is done by sending a confirmation email (electronic letter). Approval by phone takes place after a call from an employee of the electronic store for confirmation.
"SALE AGREEMENT" is the contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Seller and the User concluded remotely through this electronic store.
"COURIER" is a trader who physically delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the User and works under the requirements of the Postal Services Act.
"BROCHURE / ANNOUNCEMENT" are electronic informational messages relating to goods sold in the electronic store during a certain period of time, which may be placed on the Internet page, and may also be sent by e-mail to the User.
2. TERMS OF USE OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE
2.1. Browsing the e – shop www.rosesandbloom.com is completely free and available on the territory of Bulgaria and abroad .
2.2. To shop from the electronic store www.rosesandbloom.com registration with password and e-mail or recipient's name, e-mail, telephone and delivery address is required. Registration is completely free and is done by filling out the registration form. The registered customer has the opportunity to use all services of the store.
2.3. In the electronic store www.rosesandbloom.com each product has its price, the main characteristics of the product and additional information aimed at helping you make an informed choice when purchasing the product.
2.4. All prices indicated on the website are final.
3. ORDER OF GOODS
3.1. In order to place an order to the electronic store, the User must specify:
3.1.1. a valid email address;
3.1.2. correctly filled in address for delivery of the goods and invoicing;
3.1.3. correctly filled contact details – two names, phone.
3.3. Upon successfully placing an order, the User receives confirmation of the order by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by him. The e-mail confirmation states the ordered goods, the order number, the date and time the order was placed. Telephone confirmation is only carried out if additional information or clarification regarding the order is required.
3.4. In the event that the ordered goods are not available, the Seller notifies the User. If the User does not agree to the order being referred to another product, the order may be cancelled.
3.5. Orders in the electronic store www.rosesandbloom.com; are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.6 The working hours of the consultants of the electronic store www.rosesandbloom.com is:
From Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
3.7. Orders received without correct buyer (User) data or missing data are cancelled.
3.8. The seller can refuse an order made without the need to mention reasons for the refusal before shippment of the order by sending e-mail to info@rosesandbloom.com with the details of the order No.
4. DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS
4.1. Once at www.rosesandbloom.com received an order from a User, the automated system of the electronic store notifies the User by e-mail about the successfully accepted order.
4.2. After the order has been handed over to the Courier for delivery, the User receives an email that the goods have been sent.
4.3. Delivery is made to the address exactly specified by the User (regardless of whether residential or business).
4.4. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified period, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

5. PAYMENT
5.1. The payment of the ordered goods can be done in two separate ways, regardless of the selected payment method, the payment amount is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.
5.1.1. With "cash on delivery" - payment in cash to the courier upon delivery , and is valid for the territory of Bulgaria only ;
5.1.2. By credit or debit card;
5.2. For each ordered product, the user must pay the price that is announced in the electronic store at the time of the order. The price of each commodity can change dynamically.
6. TERMS FOR COPYING INFORMATION
6.1. All information published on the site www.rosesandbloom.com is the property of GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD. and the manufacturers of the brands used by the Seller, including pictures and descriptions of items. The e-shop gives the right to owners of other sites and users to post links to the online shop www.rosesandbloom.com
6.2. 7. LIABILITY
7.1. The Seller of the goods is responsible for the defects of the goods, for the fulfillment of the distance sales contract, as well as for the refund of paid sums.
7.2. GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD does not bear any responsibility towards third parties, if such a person believes that information published on the electronic store violates someone's copyright or other intellectual property rights.
8. BROCHURES AND NOTICES
8.1. When a User registers in the e-shop by creating a Profile on the Website, accepting the General Terms and Conditions, he agrees to receive brochures and/or notices from GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD., as well as messages regarding product orders and change confirmations by e-mail of his data.
8.2. The user may opt-out of receiving brochures and/or notices by e-mail at any time by sending an email to GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD with an express request not to receive brochures and/or notices.
8.3. If, after opting out of receiving brochures and/or notifications, the User places an order, it is considered that he has again agreed to receive brochures and/or notifications.
8.4. GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD reserves the right to choose to whom to send brochures and/or notifications, as well as to remove from its database a User who has given his consent to receive brochures and/or notifications.
8.5. GET GLOBAL PROJECTS LTD includes in the brochures and/or notices only advertising information relating to goods sold in the store.
